1. Refunds

1.1. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the file is downloaded.
1.2. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if the product is found to be defective or corrupted, provided that:

• The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase.
• Proof of the defect is submitted to contact@jerseydsgn.com.

2. Cancellations

2.1. Orders cannot be canceled once payment is processed as products are delivered instantly.

3. Exceptions

3.1. Refunds or cancellations may not be applicable in the following scenarios:

Customer dissatisfaction with design preferences after download.

Purchase errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
